Azure Event Hub Version Update

Hi!

I’m from Microsoft Azure Event Hub team. 😊
We are trying to help update the Azure Event Hub processors from the current 
outdated version to the newest version api. Now we implemented the changes on 
our own repo branch, and would like to do a pull request.
Which branch should I choose for the merging target? Or is there any other 
actions I should do?
