daniel carter edited a comment on an issue   Re: Update documentation for arguments and commandlineArgs to explain the difference Hi, the plugin can execute the main method of a class.  The main method of a class takes a list of string arguments that are normally passed on the commandline.  If i want to pass arguments to the  class  main method , which plugin parameter should i use?   arguments String[] 1.0 The class arguments. or commandlineArgs String 1.0 Arguments for the executed program Can i use either of these?  Is there a difference?  It is unclear from the help documentation. It suggests there is a difference, as one is arguments for "the class" while the other is arguments for "the executed program"  but what is the difference?  What does it mean to specify arguments for "the class"?  Do you mean for the class instance? I.e. constructor arguments, while arguments to "the executed program" refers to the main method? The documentation for the arguments is a better place to explain the use of the arguments than to bury it in some examples.  When people wonder what a parameter does they will usually look at the documentation associated with that parameter.
