With all of my projects on all of my machines I always get a message similar to the below sample for each of my source files processed by update-header-file!
Export\src\test\java\de\foo\xml\export\Bar.java
[WARNING] could not rename C:\.jenkins\workspace\Foo XML\src\main\resources\META-INF\persistence.xml_1152321120016340 to C:\.jenkins\workspace\Foo XML\src\main\resources\META-INF\persistence.xml
Actually the files are correctly processed in the end, but I like to get rid of those nasty warnings.
