Introducing a properties in nbm parent named 

nbreleaserepository

to centralize url of repository who was changed from 





http://bits.netbeans.org/maven2/




 to 




http://bits.netbeans.org/nexus/content/groups/netbeans/




using old url make lots of cookie warning.



Harness plugin modified accordingly.



Modify 

 index.apt file to index.apt.vm 

   to handle nbreleaserepository properties. 

   to handle project.version 



 minor fix in upgrade.apt and buildinstexample.apt



Not unit testable.
