Anders Hammar commented on MRPM-135 brp-repack-jars should be disabled by default Maybe I'm just confused, but shouldn't it be <repackJars>true</repackJars> that turns this off (i.e. does repack jars). So the default value for the repackJars param would be false, which would add "%define __jar_repack 0" to the SPEC file.
