[mojo-dev] Invite Russell Gold as mojo commiter

Hi, I'd like to invite Russell Gold as a new mojo committer. Russel has been 
developing in Java since 1996, and is now maintaining the Glassfish ORB (and 
the WLS IIOP stack and ultimately the JDK ORB) for Oracle. He is the author of 
the open-source project HttpUnit, and a long-term advocate of agile 
development.  Once invited, his first focus will be on the idlj-maven-plugin, 
which is one of the plugins which still needs a maintainer [1]. [ ] +1 Yeah baby
