[mojo-dev] preparing exec-maven-release 1.2.1

Hi, I'd like to do a bugfix release of the exec-maven-plugin somewhere next 
week.Main reason is MEXEC-88[1], a blocking issue.If there's someone who wants 
fix some other issues for this release, now would be the right time. -Robert
