We are not able to create RPM packages with %ghost directive for certain files
Please refer to the documentation of %ghost directive in RPM Guide (refer to
%ghost Directive section)

This feature is very important for us to enable transitioning of legacy
packages having such a feature from rpmbuild to maven rpm generation &
dependency management.
