Jesse Glick closed MNBMODULE-120.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Not A Bug
System scope is a variant of provided scope, and the plugin intentionally does
not bundle libraries of provided scope. This behavior is consistent with that
of other packagings such as war.
If you have a JAR not in any public repo which you want to wrap, you are best
advised to just install it into a private repository manager manually. If it
must reside in the source tree instead, find some way to make the JAR be part
of a regular artifact.

> Issue Type: Bug

> Environment: Windows XP x86, Maven 2.2.1, Java 1.6.0_05

> The plugin ignores JAR dependencies with <scope>system</scope> listed in POM
> file for wrapper NBMs. The JAR pointed to by the <systemPath> is not copied
> to the ext folder, nor is it added to the NBM JAR manifest's Class-Path list.
