Nicolas,
you didn't apply the whole patch in r12238. :(
The patch was for both the eclipse mojo and the gwt mojo.
Now only gwt:eclipse understands the bindAddress options which is a pity.
Any chance on reapplying the patch and releasing a minor update (2.1.1)?
