Support "Deploy Web Services" flag for JAX-RPC installs

When deploying an EAR that contains JAX-RPC code, the user must tick the
"Deploy Web Services" box in the Admin Console to get Websphere to generate the
_Helper classes.
However, when using the was6-maven-plugin, this option is not supported. Thus,
it can't be used to deploy an EAR containing JAX-RPC code.
I've modified the WsInstallAppMojo.java class to support this option. Would
you consider adding this feature to this plugin?
