No messages if a module doesn't contain entry points

I have 2 modules in a GWT project: one for development and the other for
production. The development module overrides {{locale}} to make compilation
faster.
But when I compile the development module with {{gwt-maven-plugin}} I don't see
any warning messages and "GWT compilation skipped" doesn't provide enough
information.
I suggest adding a warning message if a module doesn't contain entry points.
