Using emma with version of maven-surefire-plugin higher than 2.3 failed. We
tried maven-surefire-plugin:2.4.3. Performing the test, the classes under test
are not visible. (e.g.
de/deutschepost/rs/common/exceptions/DelegatedSystemException is a source
class)
Performing the tests in the default build lifecycle doesn't harm.
Using maven-surefire-plugin:2.3 emma works fine.
