Yeah, but only by incident because "default-value=false" matches Java's default value for boolean instance variables. If you have a look at the plugin.xml or a goal's documentation page, you will notice that the default value is not mentioned there. That's because the missing quotes for "expression" seem to disturb the QDox parsing done by the JavaMojoDescriptorExtractor.
