It should be ready to go now with the limitation I mentioned earlier.
Findbugs 1.3.5 is going to allow the load of the bugs file. I think I
am going to see if I can help move the release along.

I tried re-building the plugin snapshot with Findbugs 1.3.4 jars, but
that didn't work either.
