XSLT: Do not copy source file and verify its existence

I have my XSL files in src/main/config and do NOT want them copied into my
src/main/webapp when I transform my pages into there. I can't even figure out
why this is the default since it is not normal that the source is copied into
the transformed directory. Please provide a plugin property to prevent this.
In a related note, I don't care if the source XML is present in the target
directory. The validation does not do me any good either. Most of the time it
is the XSL source that changes which requires a total reprocessing of all the
documents. I'd like a plugin property for this as well.
