There seemed to be consensus that plugins should meet the documentation
standards before being able to get a production (as in non-alpha and
non-beta) release out there.

OK, I see. The problem with raising the release prerequisites is just what
about the ones that already slipped out less beauty.

Not sure... How do we handle the documentation deficit?

Ideally, the maintainers would take responsibility and add the required docs
but I guess that's really a too idealistic thought given the loose nature of Mojo ;-)

An additional option might be to create JIRAs for those sites such that
committers will notive the deficit once somebody continues work on a plugin.

Now I'll give the xslt-plugin's site a make-over instead of complaining...

I wouldn't call a concern a complaint. It's good that somebody cares about
the details, keep it up!
