Will change this in the following way:
a) *If* the user specifies a custom builder property file, it will be used.
b) If the user doe snot specify a custom builder property file, the default
(src/main/castor/castorbuilder.properties) will be used.
But in both cases, a check will be executed whether such file exists, and if a
custom builder property file is used, an exception will be thrown to indicate
that such file does not exist. For the default case, if there's no properties
file in the default location, a warning will be issued.
