MTAGLIST-20-advanced.patch
This patch hides tag details for zero comment tags, as the -simple patch does,
but there is a new configuration "showEmptyTags" to enable/disable this
feature. The default value for this configuration is true; consequently, the
report will look like a 2.1 report by default.
