Navigation to upper project level in Dashboard report (summary & historical)

There seems to be no way (excepteed the browser back button) to navigate from
child node of multi-module Dashboard report to parent nodes. The way is alway
descending.
The idea of the improvment is to add a navigation link on Dashboard report
pages to go to the next upper level.
