Navigation links to JDepend reports from Dashboard

There is no navigation link from Dashboard report to JDepend report.
So users have to reach other-tool report page to make JDepend report links
display.
The idea is to use JDepend/Cobertura Summary Dashboard report part to make
links to packages in JDepend report.

de packages avec en face des infos de JDepend et de Cobertura. Il y pourrait y
avoir un lien depuis ce package vers le rapport JDepend de ce package (comme
