I've added new section on the Appassembler wiki for proposals that I hope
will turn into stories when some consensus is reached. See:

There are several other parts to think though, should we include a jre
option for instance and how do we do that.

I think it would be good to add a better description of the goal so people
who are contributing can stay on the same page... I could write it, but I'd
like people who've been working on it so far to do it as I don't know what
*their* goal was specifically.
