It would be very useful, for certain projects which bundle JSPs in jar files
for instance, to be able to precompile their JSPs, maybe only to validate them,
so as to avoid the painful disapointments of a messed up jsp after long builds
and deployment processes.
Here's a patch that allows just this :)
