I want to ask you this:
Have you deployed the xml-plugin been into the snadbox repository?
It does not exist under the folowing URL:
http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org/org/codehaus/mojo/xml-maven-plugin
I'm i missing something (ie, the snadbox repo has moved) ?

I haven't got sufficient experience with the Mojo policy. Is that
sufficient for a release? If so, what are my next steps? Move the
source code out of the sandbox and create a tag? What else?
