Is there a reason this hasn't been handled by releasing a new xdoclet-web and xdoclet-wsee jars (1.2.3.1, or something) and a new xdoclet-maven-plugin release now that we know what's going on and why its happening? I just ran into this for the first time and its rather annoying, especially since I'll have to deploy the fixes to numerous machines running Maven.
