Fixed in 1.1-SNAPSHOT
copy/unpack have overWrite settable in the artifactItem. This overrides the
global setting. Otherwise, releases and snapshots can be controlled
individually. Releases default to false, Snapshots default to true.
copy-dependencies/unpack-dependencies have overWriteReleases and
overWriteSnapshots. Same rules as copy/unpack.
