The typical issues people have here is that they've done a yum upgrade on the system but not rebooted into the updated system. You could try doing a yum upgrade and rebooting, then performing all the steps again. Also, you should probably look at MeeGo 1.0. It's the future of Moblin and is essentially Moblin 2.2.
