Moblin/MeeGo should run on all Intel CPUs that supports SSE3. And only Intel graphics cards are supported. Actually most problems are from wifi cards. Of course nearly All Intel wifi cards are well supported since the drivers are free and open (we ships free drivers found in Linux kernel). But due to cost issue Intel wifi modules are hardly found in cheap netbooks. Drivers that don't open can't be supported out-of-box.
