Hey Guys I've been asked about this on and off for a while so I've put up the rpms I've been using at my site, http://slaine.org/
I know there's plenty of useful howto's for getting the latest and greatest gstreamer-plugins-[bad|ugly] and compile up from source and installing on your system. I'm not a fan of this option too much as you're replacing the moblin provided gstreamer and you're also putting unpackaged system files on your FS.
