Firstly, I would suggest you use Mx if possible. Nbtk has many bugs that
have been fixed by nbtk. Mx is still installable on Moblin 2.1.


You are correct in that you need to create a new stage if you want a
separate window (stage). In Moblin terms though, popup dialogs are
generally discouraged and should only be used as a last resort.
