It may be nice indeed to be able to have some kind of interaction
possible between libva and clutter-gst. 

The only thing clutter-gst can do right now is to upload YUV or RGB
frames into a texture, still hacking clutter-gst to accept pixmaps ids
instead of buffers and use TFP to create the texture sounds like a
possible hack. No idea how well this approach would work though.
