Hi, Currently we have set a Maven version 3.6.3 as minimal version for ASF Maven plugins https://ci-maven.apache.org/job/Maven/job/maven-box/job/maven-dist-tool/job/master/site/dist-tool-prerequisites.html
As Maven 3.6.3 is EOL and 3.8.x is going to be EOL soon ...
