Howdy Matthias, over a month ago I told you to "just merge" (and continue incrementally improving the page).
I am not a believer of "über PR" that should be cooked for weeks, months until they are 100% (or 99.9999%). Especially for a site, a page, that can just be incrementally improved as Maven 4 dev is still ongoing. If it were me, my first PR would just be an empty page with a title :) So yes, just add the remark "in progress" and merge it.
