Leveraging Automatic Analysis cannot calculate code coverage. Therefore the 
option with two different GHAs should be used (as outlined in 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=321719166#GitHubActionsSecurity-Buildstriggeredwithworkflow_run).
