Do we want to Switch to GitHub issues from JIRA? Discussion was in thread: https://lists.apache.org/thread/jskz22vsbv2n5ks1q42690ohp7cbt1qw About technical questions how we will switch, if migration is needed we will discuss per repository such each repository can be different. We can also switch some of the repositories and some can stay in JIRA if we think that in a way will be better for a specific repository. So please don't strat such a discussion here.
