However, that's only because they've been left to sit for so long. The correct action for one or more of these might be to say no, this PR is not a good idea and we're not going to accept it. However, if that's the case, please state that explicitly and close the PR. Let's not passive aggressively ignore PRs while we wait for the contributor to get discouraged and go away. It's OK to say no.
