Hi, I'm going to try out the 4.0 branch, and I would like to have a list of important changes. Currently, each alpha version has its release note, but that's like a log instead of a somewhat migration guide.
Do we have an up-to-date list of changes between 3.9 and 4.0? Best, tison.
