But few nits more aside of GPG signature: - JIRA contains one open issue (!) - JIRA contains an unassigned issue, which is kinda strange (who fixed it?) - not a deal breaker - JIRA contains several non-closed (but resolved-only) issue, we usually close them out - not a deal breaker - staging repository is in "open" state, hence is not accessible by anyone than you, you need to "Close" it - to close it, you will have your GPG signatures validation (and is where Slawek remark about key availability on SKS comes in, otherwise Nexus2 will refuse to close the repository) Due to the staging repository left in "open" state, nobody has access to your deployed artifacts (except you), so the vote cannot proceed. We get this error from repository.apache.org when trying to get to artifacts: 404 - Repository "maven-1989 (staging: open)" [id=maven-1989] exists but is not exposed.
