Random question. why are we publishing codehaus packages in the Maven Javadocs?
https://maven.apache.org/ref/4.0.0-alpha-2/apidocs/org/codehaus/plexus/util/xml/Xpp3Dom.html Has this plexus code fully moved into the Apache Project? If so, where does it live?
