It seems some improvements are made regarding the maven-compat
dependency (even though it is still used as test dependency).
I'm currently try to get away from maven-compat in the Tycho plugin, but
the MojoTestCase currently force the usage of it.
If this is still active project and important to many, I think two
things should be addressed:
1) completely get rid of maven-compat
2) get rid of JUnit 3 (currently it extends TestCase) or at laest
provide Junit4/5 variant
