Hi, I have a similar use case as the one for which the *outdatedCheckPath *parameter was added but I was hoping to allow it to cover everything in webappDirectory, e.g. if JSPs or HTML were added to the web app dir root by some other plugin/process as well as WEB-INF content.
I opened https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MWAR-441 for this, and submitted a PR with '/' as the special value signifying "root" I've not contributed to any of the Apache plugins before. It's a small change, 10 lines of plugin code plus IT... But let me know if a CLA is needed. I work for IBM. Appreciate any comments...thanks, Scott Kurz
