The Document Foundation is the community, whatever the product.
Interesting! TDF does not seem to be really a very democratic club. I
never asked to be part of your community ;)
People that are active in TDF or with LibreOffice, will have seen a mail
some months (weeks?) ago (on various lists) with the invitation to apply
for membership. It is described when one can become a member, the
rights, how one can appeal against a decision of the membership
committee etc.
