Hello, Please pass my comments to the relevant department. I have tried to download OpenOffice, I think it is far too difficult for usual PC users to be honest.
After hours of trying I have given up!! I get as far as http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/en-GB/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-GB.exe. from this page http://download.openoffice.org/contribute.html?download=mirrorbrain&files/localized/en-GB/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-GB.exe then nothing happens. I will try in the future as I support the organisation in principle.
