We have a conference in Munich in November, a Business and Administration Congress, organized by a German nonprofit. However, this is not a free conference, but it's not expensive either. Check out http://www.OOoKWV.de in case you're interested.
Apart from that, we still do regular meetings (http://www.opensourcetreffen.de) and can use this opportunity as well.
