something which is better.some agreed and some not.
I installed OO and then changed the properties of doc, ppt and xls
file to open in OO. Then I changed the default saving property to
save it to MS format. Now I have 8 new OO users and they say they
are comfortable in using IT . Very soon in all my department will
be using open office . Then I will target other
department one by one, since I do not have any authority on
deciding on IT policy .Only targeting one by one is the best way
