I apologize if this has been asked before, but who specifically owns the trademarked property? Is there an openoffice.org legal entity or is it a branch of Sun? I wonder how much decision making authority is vested with the OpenOffice group vs Sun, proper.
from what I know, all OpenOffice.org trademarks belong to Sun and are being maintained in coordination with the project's council.
