I've found the original article, too:

Though it addresses MS Vista and not MSO 2007 (aka MSO 12). It's quite
possible that MSO's license prohibits publication of evaluations, though
getting a copy of the license for evaluation would be a challenge.
I've found that MS doesn't give out that info when asked and I'm not up to
searching for cracked copies / warez.
