Not necessarily cheaper. I have found that having a banner printed (from existing artwork) and shipped from the USA to Australia was cheaper than having one made here.
Of course, there could be some place in Australia that will do it cheaper than what I've found, but if so they sure are not findable on the web.
If any Australians reading this know of some place to get a vinyl banner printed from existing artwork for under AUD150 please tell me!
