This thread concerns only organizing the wiki pages and from that
perspective Linking a category from another is done only for offering a
way to find that section of the wiki easily and does not concern what
project is under another.
The confusion that arises here is only from the fact that a category of
wiki pages linked from another is named *sub*category.
