Hi,
I totally agree with Cor's advices here.
However, and although I'm french and so I'm supposed to know a bit about
my neighbours, I would like to outline this: I don't know how it is up
there, but in the case where 'flammish" (Vlaandren Dutch) were a
language distinct from "Dutch" Steven could think about forming a new
native-lang project. If the language spoken in Vlaandren is the same as
the one spoken in Netherlands (with the exception of different
dictionnaries, accent, whatever forming a dialect of course), I can only
advise Steven to join that project.
I am also sorry if I contributed to give Steven the impression that we
were a closed community. It was really not my intent.

Best,
Charles.
